At Musicaalay®, we clearly love what we do. Over the years we have built a team of enthusiastic teachers and trainers whose sheer love and faith in what our programs have to offer, bring out their effectiveness.
In the centre of it all are:
Aditi is the founder and conductor of Musical Bonding and has been associated with this particular form of music since 2005. She was introduced to this music with its simple and complex wording in childlike poems which stimulates child and parent alike, when she attended The Music Class with her son in the US.
Her futile search for a similar class in India led her to start Musical Bonding. She strongly believes that musical fun adds tremendously to a child’s overall personality development. Her philosophy was widely appreciated and excepted by parents and educators alike and would get calls regularly to bring Musical Bonding to there schools and neighborhoods. To overcome the geographic limitations of Musical Bonding, Musicaaly was formed in 2015. Aditi is trained as an Architect and an Urban Planner with a strong aptitude and inclination for kids related activities, whether art, music or pottery.
Shachii has a knack of connecting with children over music and words. She comes from a house that is passionate about music and her kids have inherited this love from her, which lead them to join Musical Bonding at a very young age.
She has an Electronics Engineering and an MBA degree, and has swapped her corporate job for a career in the education field, writing for children and music. Being an integral part of the Musicaalay team gives her the opportunity to pass on her enthusiasm to other teachers as she trains them to conduct the MusiCanopy© program at their school. She's often caught red-handed speaking only in rhyme and can make up silly songs on demand!
Shweta is passionate about babies, toddlers, kids and children of all shapes and sizes. She is especially empathetic to parents of young ones and loves working with them.
She is a CPA and worked as a tax accountant before she found her true calling, which is singing and dancing with her kids. When she's not entertaining them she can be found making up silly songs in her Musical Bonding class.
In a life-long love affair with words, she collects conversations throughout the day and blogs about them at night.
